Hi, I’m Sarah Lyn — a wedding and portrait photographer with a deep love for authentic moments, golden light, and the kind of laughter that catches you completely off guard. I grew up watching my dad Paulo capture the world through a lens, and somewhere along the way, I fell hopelessly in love with it too.
I photograph weddings and families across all of South Africa — from the vineyards of the Winelands to the coastlines of the Garden Route — and I travel internationally for destination weddings. My style is light, airy, and romantic: I want your images to feel as warm and alive as the day itself.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me hunting for the perfect cup of coffee, planning my next road trip, or convincing my dog that he doesn’t need to be in every shot (he disagrees).

Paulo has been photographing people and their stories for over two decades. As Sarah’s trusted second shooter, he brings a calm, experienced presence to every wedding day — capturing the moments that happen in the in-between: a father’s expression as his daughter walks down the aisle, the quiet glance across a crowded room.
Paulo also leads corporate and commercial photography through ShutterCorp, his dedicated business photography brand. Together, he and Sarah make a seamless team — covering every angle of your day with quiet confidence.
